I had a vision and the Good Neighbor made it a reality---I’M THRILLED!

I was tired of the tiled floors in my kitchen and family room and wanted to replace it with hardwood. I knew what hardwood I wanted, and I knew I wanted a random installation but the problem was that it did not come prepackaged as a random installation. It was, however, available in two different widths so I purchased some of both widths, explained to Mike my concept for a “random installation” and left it to him and his team to make my dream a reality.

Mike arrived with his team and got to work removing the old tile—no small feat—yet they managed to have both rooms demo’d quickly and ready for hardwood. The hardwood came flying out of the boxes and it was installed exactly as I had envisioned—installed so expertly that I didn’t even need transition strips between the existing hardwood floor of a different color and species that abuts the new floors.

Both rooms are amazing! Mike finished the job on time and his quote was very competitive (and he did not exceed his quote). I would use The Good Neighbor again for any job, big or small, and will enthusiastically recommend him to family and friends at every opportunity.
