Danny Day

Originally from the Annapolis, MD area, Danny relocated to the Delaware coast in the summer of 1997. He has owned and operated a successful lawn and landscape company in the Bethany/Fenwick area and has had management experience with his father's custom home-building business. Danny's wife of seven years, Jill, a native of the Eastern Shore, owns and operates a residential cleaning service in Sussex County, DE.

Mike Kappes

A graduate of the University of Delaware has been a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Bethany Beach since 1998. He has owned several properties in the Bethany/Fenwick area and is co-owner of Beach Liquors in Bethany Beach. Mike, along with his wife Kim, are on the board of directors of the Ryan Scott Kappes Foundation, which promotes the advancement of pediatric cardiac research along with providing financial assistance to families with critically ill children.

Together, Danny and Mike offer their clients customized home management services and call upon years of experience and strong professional relationships in the resort area to relieve absentee homeowners of the stress and frustration associated with owning a resort property.
